Construction Progress Aerial Photography

A picture may be worth one thousand words, but to owners, developers, architects, contractors and project managers, construction progress aerial photographs could be worth a lot more than that.

There is no better way to document and monitor the progress of a construction project than through the use of bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly hi-resolution aerial photography.

Taken at low altitude with high-quality professional camera equipment, aerial progress photos clearly show all details on a site from an overall perspective not possible from ground level.

Basic construction progress service provides views of your entire site from the four cardinal compass headings, plus close-ups of specific areas of activity.  If there is an upcoming milestone event, just let me know and I will schedule a flight on that day, weather permitting.

Why You Need Progress Aerial Photography for Your Next Project...

  • Monitor sites to ensure that work is on schedule.
  • Avoid costly surprises and unnecessary delays.
  • Enhance progress reports for owners and banks.
  • Prevent and settle disputes with subcontractors, owners and banks.

Scheduling Progress Aerial Photography is simple...

Just call or email and I will contact you to collect all the information I need.  There are two package options, two deliverables options (digital files or prints) and you may also choose to have your photos taken between the 1st and 15th of the month or between the 16th and the end of the month (or both).  I will conduct the flight on my schedule between those dates and deliver your photos within two days of the flight.  If you pre-schedule 4 or more progress flights, you are eligible for discounted pricing on each flight.

Still not sure?

Think of progress aerial photography as a "CYA" insurance policy with benefits.  Not only will you be able to document and monitor progress yourself, but you'll be able to show that progress to the people who have a vested interest in the project.  That's the benefit.  In the event that a dispute arises, you will have the comfort of knowing you have documented photographic proof of what has been going on at the site for the duration of the project.  That's the insurance.
